During high season, the Villa is available for rent on an exclusive basis. There is a minimum 7-night stay, accommodating a maximum of 12 people.

Meals with healthy options available, are carefully prepared and cooked using locally sourced quality ingredients. Breakfast and dinner will be served 6 days per week.
The property will reach you a few days before your holiday in order to guide you through our select services. We will ensure that our chef understands your food preferences and any dietary requirements and will customise your meal plan accordingly. You may leave the menu plan and wine selection in the hands of our chef or, you may be involved, as much or as little, as you wish in the day-to-day decisions.

Conditions
Rental deposit: 30% of the total rental fee, non-refundable;
Balance due: 70% to be paid 6 weeks before arrival;
All payments must be made by bank transfer and are non-refundable. (Check the terms of your travel insurance for travel to Portugal or within the country in case of Covid or other causes outside our control);
Security Deposit equivalent to 20% of the rental fee due 1 week before arrival, against potential damage and breakages which will be refunded at the end of the stay.
Terms & Conditions
Villa Lage supports Sustainability and therefore the household linen at the property is changed once a week and twice for bath towels and beach towels. We try to use organic products in the house witch are also available in the bathrooms.
The use of the house is limited to the number of guests the house can hold, up to 12 people (6 people on the East wing and 6 people on the West wing). We do not accept or have capacity for additional beds. For safety reasons, other people are not allowed in the property unless with prior knowledge to the staff if they join in an event or celebration.
Young children need to be supervised all time! There are unprotected drops from exterior terraces, swimming pool and stairs. The land has all the normal hazards of a working farm. Please take great care to avoid dangers such as wells, tractors, machinery, fencing, etc.
The swimming pool has no surveillance. Please be aware, that is the guest responsibility to ensure the safety of those who do not know how to swim.
The villa provides guests to use at their own risk the kayaks and Stand up Paddle Boards. We will not be liable for injuries, loss or damage caused by the guests when using the outdoor equipment. It is mandatory to sign the Responsibility statement available in the house prior use.
Smoking is only permitted outside the house with exclusive use of an ashtray to avoid starting. a fire in the property
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to private property howsoever caused. A safety case is available for guests to use in each of the 7 rooms.
Alerts! The house has been provided with Wi-Fi throughout but we have been experiencing great difficulties as the house sits on a low-density area. At your disposable a collection of dvd’s to connect to the smart tv.
Pets are not allowed.
